I ordered this on the 7th of August and it still has not arrived, it says postage would of taken 7-14 days.

I emailed them to see if they could track the package anyway and I got this reply.

"Sorry, your order item sent out on 10/8, but cannot check the status, we will send a new one to you or I can refund money to you!

Sorry, sorry, sorry!"

Some people have said it can take up to 4 weeks, so might give them a week or so. What would you guys do?

Not to rub it in... I ordered mine 25/08 and arrived 02/09.

It looks like you have been unlucky... then again you may end up with 2
