1 month later and another puncture

Driving through Kilburn last night and the low tyre pressure suddenly came on. 3 minutes later down to zero thanks to this monster screw

The pilotsport tyre is only 1 month old. So far this year I spent just over 1k on rear tyres. 2020 is the year that keeps on giving.

Blimey, it looks like it was shot through the tyre, how unlucky

Not sure where you are but National Tyres cover for punctures with a fee on top of the price. Very very unlucky though.

I’d say you were lucky, a screw that size could have punched through the wheel if it had been a couple of inches towards the middle

Now that's what you call a puncture.

Always makes the blood boil at the best of times but 1 month old tyre, that's painful. Unlucky pal.

Bummer, I guess the only saving grace is you don't need to replace the pair.
