What interior is this?

I was messing around with the F30 328i configurator for whatever reason...

Somehow got this thing.

Looks pretty awesome.

edit: Could it be oyster? Dammit BMW, make this be true.

Looks like oyster colored leather. Very nice combo IMO. Also a rare combo I believe. Oyster would be a weekly to bi-weekly cleaning effort though (depending on how much you drive and what type of pants you wear)

Does look very nice, you in the US or no? I didn't think you could get Oyster with the M Sport line?

That's weird. It looks like the bmwusa.com configurator, but the oyster is not available on any 3-Series.

Yeah, I'm in the US. I'm blaming this on a weird glitch, or maybe BMW is hiding something?

Only the US config looks like this, iirc. European configs/Canadian are different.

They will offer the Oyster on the 3-Series, starting w/ the LCI. But you shouldn't see it now. Do you still see it? I tried to replicate your results but I couldn't.

I'm not exactly sure how I did it.

I meant to switch to Coral, then clicked the Estoril Trim...somehow this came up. I don't know how. You can see on the sidebar that this does not show as an option.

You can get the Coral Red w/ M Sport.

Looks great but yah I agree, I'd be afraid of how easily it would get a dinge on it. Just driving with the windows down will collect particulate garbage out of the air and dull the look.

Yea I've heard about issues with Jeans and white leather...I'd love to have something as gorgeous as this...but would not want to deal with the frequent cleaning. Nothing nastier than getting in someone's white leather car after they haven't cleaned it for years

Oyster is not that hard to keep clean.
I had it in my F10 535i, only real problem are jeans wich tend to leave marks but a good cleaning once a month keeps it perfectly in shape. Me only wearing jeans on the weekends I had even less problems.

Since most of us wash the car religiously and clean the interior pretty frequently...eh, no problem.

I had the oyster interior in my last E90 and there was definitely color transfer from jeans and the seat thigh bolster started to show wear after a year and a half despite monthly cleaning and condition and being careful about entry and exit.

Looked great but I would be cautious about getting it again, especially for a "keeper"

Yep, it's a more recent change, along with M Performance Side sill decals, Carbon Fiber brake handle, and Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps

I had oyster in my last 335, never again. It looks great but if you wear jeans most of the time (I do), don't get it. It gets dirty very quickly and you get dye transfer from your jeans.
