Do they make a 2013 Msport for 328i?

So for the 16-18000 Range I've talked wife into a 2013 328i. I love the Msport steering wheel and mostly the Msport front bumper. Looking on Autotrader I've yet to see a 328i with that package. Maybe they are in the $20k range? Dunno. But can you guys tell me if they're out there. If not where can I buy a Msport bumper and just have my local body shop put it on?

Secondly do the 2014 have LED headlights as an option?

Lastly how are these 2.0 turbos holding up?

She wanted a ATS but after reading all the problems with them I was able to convince her a 328 was a good idea

Try increasing your price range

Sorry but those questions all have answers with LONG threads.. In short: Yes (and try higher price range), multiple places, no, well.

I will add that at least in my local area, finding used M-sport cars is not easy. Either not a popular option here or people are holding onto them. But, they do exist.

Yea I have a 2013 328i Msport. I bought it a year ago for $23,000 with 39,000 miles. If you want the same model you will either have to raise your maximum price or buy one with a lot of miles.

The 328i was offered in an M-Sport. It was a $3,200 option. Most 328i came as base models. Once you tacked M-Sport option and premium package you added $6K to the price, fully loaded 328i's were in the $50K + range, that puts you into the 335i with couple of options. The M-Sport is certainly more common on a 335i. You will have to look a little harder and a little further as this is a desirable option. It may be easier to find a Sport 328. The Sport has the same great seats found on the M-Sport but with the Red Threading! The sport also came with some upgraded trim as black mirrors and 18" 397 wheels (which look great). Additionally, they also had the red highlight trim available (which IMHO is really sharp)! My 2013 328i was a Sport version with the red trim because my Wife really liked the color. Are you thinking the xDrive or RWD version? I would recommend the RWD as with the sport or M-Sport it has the 704 suspension (stiffer and lower to the ground).

If you are stuck on the M-Sport steering wheel, it is an option to get that wheel brand new from the dealer. Make it part of the final deal, say if you throw it in for cost, you have a deal. Also, an M-Sport bumper with paint and install is more expensive than just locating and buying the M-Sport at the beginning. Yes, you will have to search closer to the $20K range, but It will will give you what you want.

Yup they make them! When I lived in NC almost 2 years ago those 328i's were selling like hotcakes. Especially the M-Sport ones with the angle eyes. I was mistaking them for 335's. But most of them have been wrecked by now...

What's a sportline model?

And thanks for replies I did a search up to $22,000 and it's slim pickings

If we go Msport we will have to fly to the car and drive it home.

Looking like she'll have to stick with the basic front end

So these 2.0 turbo engines are pretty solid?

Oh is there a site that'll show me what all optional packages were available and separate options for 2013 and 2014?

basically sportline model a cosmetic upgrade over the base model.
It doesnt have the MSport bumper you are looking for but it does have grey whiskers with the normal bumper. It comes with 397 style rims (my personal favorites), and some other cosmetic changes include a black tip exhaust, gloss black side view mirrors, a black strip on the rear bumper, and red lined accents in the interior.
Same engine details as the rest.

just google something like "alpine white sportline bmw F30" and you will notice the subtle differences.

I didn't see it in any of the responses but in the original post, it was asked if LED headlights were an option. No, the lighting pkg gave you xenon headlights. Easy to distinguish by having the angel eyes. Cars w/ halogen headlights don't have them.

You forgot the most important feature--Sport Seats. MSport has them too--but definitely the best part of the Sport Line.
