ED Question - Can I have someone in Europe pick up the car for me?

I have relatives in Germany and Austria, could I elect one of them to pick up the car for me, drop it off right away then take advantage of the discount?

No. Only the titled owner or leaser of the vehicle can pick up the car from the Welt.

+1. If you include them in your title - they can - but now new issue - are they US passport owners?
Yes, you can fly on friday - pic up your car, immediately drop off and fly back. But why should you do that?
