If you had $1500 to spend on mods...

On a stock F30 328xi where would you spend the money to get the most bang for your buck? Fairly new to modding so I am looking for ideas.

For power: JB4 + Downpipe
For handling: Coilovers and if you're installing yourself, swaybars
For asthetics: Msport bumper + everything with it

If you go to the members classifieds you can pick up some of the above mods and save some dough that can be used for more mods.

I would get coilovers. I have a 328 xDrive and I can't stand the body roll. I just got the Bilstein coilovers (haven't installed it yet).

ER downwpipe seems to be the most popular here.

Suspension. Next is brakes. Engine power is the last step in performance modding.

ER or Wagner. They both do Catless and high flow Catted.

Do you plan to make more funds available later or is this it? If you're going deeper think about how these mods will fit in with that. It may change things.

This is a very good point. Your mod path entirely depends on your ending objective. Daily driver that sounds cool? Track car? Back roads attack car? Drag strip king?

Good point that I haven't really thought about. I'm open to making more funds available in the future but mostly thinking a daily driver that's super fun specially for carving mountain roads on weekends and sounds great. Not much track in my future I don't think. I don't have many options for that around where I live.

I appreciate all the feedback so far! Getting some good ideas.

If you're going to be carving up those mountain switchbacks then definitely do suspension first.

Maybe see if you can pick up a Stage 1 tune (AA Active 8, AFE Scorcher, Burger stage1, Dinan+, etc) for cheap to keep you happy for now.

You won't loose too much on that when you go to sell it if you decide to go further down the power rabbit hole. If you do go further then go Downpipe and tune (that can delete the check engine light).

Garage List
At this point, Dinan Sport Tuner and a downpipe for mechanicals power gains, a rear spoiler for aesthetics and maybe the coilovers for some handling prowess.

Ya sure.. WE are based in Canada and USA so we ship from either place depending on where you are. For you the parts would ship from our Canadian warehouse in the Toronto area.

You never really explained what you're trying to accomplish. Are you looking for handling? more power? better audio? floor mats with your name on them? There are just so many options here.
