Rust concern

Hi guys
I'm curious about rust that happen inside a car.

I tried to adjust spring of the trunk lid but when I accessed to spring area I saw painted area (where hook touch the body) was chipped and I could see the bare metal. Should I worry?

This also led me thinking about screws that dealer took them off my hood to adjust it and fasten them back, this scratched the paint around the holes.

Also some areas that dealer fix my car and might left damages inside.

I'm afraid that my car would rust from inside.

Thank you

Dont worry, the car is made from galvanized steel, so it wont rust easily.
