Keyless?? Pointless??

Can anyone tell me the reason/benefits for keyless??
Wtf do you guys do with your keys?
If you wander off the stereo etc stays on? (Unless of course you lock it, which generally do but not always if your at home or visiting muvva in law
Stereo stays on inside so you have to press rated button twice to turn it off...
...I would rather put the bloody keys into an ignition!!

The music turns off by itself after the doors are locked, no need to press the lock button twice. Also, if you have keyless, you can simply lock the car by tapping the door handle, so the keys never leave your pocket the entire journey. Some don't care for it, I find it useful. To each his own.

I think he is referring to keyless start/ignition rather than anything else

keyless ignition I see point of

comfort access isn't something would personally benefit me (prefer to press unlock vs holding handle)

Yup.

Also, OP... Every half decent car I've owned the stereo stays on for about 10 minutes. Regarding keyless ignition, yes it is pointless without comfort access in my opinion. But with comfort access, I'd never get a car without keyless entry again. I actually hate that I have to take my keys out of my pocket to open my door to my house.

+1

It's like HUD, once you have it, you don't want to go back. Taking keys out of my pocket?! What is this 1995?
