AutoBild Sportscars: 430i comes with 272hp and 500Nm!

The current issue of the german AutoBild Sportscars Magazin says in an artikle about the future german mid-class coupes, that an 430i would come with an 2.0ltr.R4 Turbo ... with 272hp and 500Nm.

The 500Nm seems a bit much, but also Kelleners an Ac Schnitzer gets easily 450NM out of the N20 .28i engine with their tuning-boxes.

So the F32 will have a 430i with an inline 4 and a 440i with an inline 6? Sounds interesting!

I think that they need to increase in their priorities the "feel factor" and offer an updated NA I6 N53 with direct injection.

The N53 is in the process of being discontinued. The N53 already has direct injection since day one.

That's why I referred about the N53, and not the N52. Never said that it was to be added, just that after 5 years it needed to be updated, ideally with a system that works in North America (unlike the N53).
