Bay Area Dinan Tune Recommendation

Looking to get the Dinan tune and since Steven's Creek isn't an option, wondering if anyone else had some positive experience - options are probably:

1. Fremont BMW
2. Steve Dinan Campbell
3. Steve Dinan Mountain View
