hello all bmw fans! Help from sportline to m-sport

hello all bmw fans! I was thinking of slowly changing my sportline to m-sport I want to start with the springs first. Does anyone know if I have to change the entire spring leg or just the springs to be changed to m-sport?

Do you want to change for Adaptive M-Sport or just use M-Sport spring with your stock struts?
