Ummm... oookkkaaayyyy...
Its actually a Rolex, not a Timex ... so... saying "a watch" is like saying a "a car".... If its just "a car"... then why buy a BMW??? Buy a Toyota ... Same goes for watches ... Its about putting 2 fine pieces of engineering and 2 fine brands together … if you don’t understand… then I'm actually not sure who has the issue here… me or you… lol

Every man should have at least one fine mechanical watch. My favourite brand is IWC.
I bet that most of the people here on the forum buy their BMWs because they are very nicely engineered machines that drive extraordinary well. They know why the car is good and want to know more about it. I really don't think that those that buy their cars primarily to impress their neighbours join car forums because they don't really know much about nor care about their ride. |

I respect and envy the fine watch owner and have often considered an Omega. Just can't pull the trigger when my €300 Suunto does everything I need it to. Anyway, congrats, it's a beaut!

So when are you going to drill it to the dashboard?
The Subs an automatic, would require a lot of sharp turns to keep in going!

Ahhhh... Rigghhhhttt bolt James... I remember him. Look... I'm just a guy that likes watches and I happen to drive a BMW. Other than that, I don't think James and I share anything else in common (ie his view on brand superiority and image, etc). Hope sharing ones passions on here is allowed?

Love it! I took almost the exact same photo when I got my Rolex Explorer II! I do think they go together, since both represent precision, etc..
