No, not working...

Every time I use it, I have a message mentioning that there's no traffic info.

Was there any update on this? Was in a 2014 228xi with NBT the other day and saw the traffic working (in Montreal, Canada). Now I'm eager to see if I can get traffic somehow functional on my 2013 335 with HU_CIC

Just wanted to bump this and see if anyone has gotten traffic to work on the CIC units?

I've only seen it work at random times in Toronto but it does almost 100% works whenever you're in the US.

just coded this based on the information provided by Timbits93.. I am in Vancouver.. The unit shows "no traffic messages".. Is this working in Vancouver at all? Or still nothing?

TMC Traffic only works in the states, given that the traffic information seems to be encoded in Canada.

Therefore it's only useful if you cross the border into America.

yes, these settings worked for me - I was able to receive the US traffic info while driving in Vancouver area.. at least I know it is working when available
