Great question. I have no idea I would call dinan.

I was one of the first 10 people to get the dinan drive springs

My shocks are fine, never been better

I asked Dinan this exact question and they said the stock struts would be fine but make sure you get the bump stops. On the drop, i think thats the drop from a Msport suspension not a base line version... I had to lower my B16's almost all the way in the rear to get height you saw in my pic.
