335 Accessories Install and Detail - Estoril Blue
Over the holidays I purchased M Performance Pedals, a rear spoiler and painted reflectors from IND.
I finally got around to installing the items and taking a few pics. Pedals - Overall a pretty easy install, would have taken less than 20 mins if I have a titanium drill bit to begin with. I think they look pretty good and only cost about $120 so overall a good first mod. Rear Spoiler - Purchased this painted from IND for about $300 and was relatively easy to install with the supplied 3M tape that was already mounted on the spoiler. I recommend having another person help to line up the spoiler side to side if you are OCD like me. The paint matches perfectly with the rest of the car. Painted Reflectors - Also purchased from IND and barely took 20 mins to install both sides. With minimal sunlight on the vehicle the reflector appear to be a solid match. When there is sunlight on the vehicle, the reflectors show slightly darker than the rest of the car. Not a deal breaker but I'll let you guys be the judge on how it looks (see pics). Following the install of the above items I decided to do a complete detail with Chemical Guys products. Polish - Utilizing V36 and my Porter Cable DA I polished the entire car to remove swirl marks that washing and drying has produced over the past year. Glaze - I followed up the polishing step with an application of Black Light Radiant Finish. This product really brings out the shine and leaves the paint with a silky smooth finish. Highly recommended... Sealant - To protect the paint for at least 6 months I applied Jet Seal. Easy to apply by hand, sets in about 15 mins and then wipes off. Wax - The final step was an application of Pete's 53 wax. A really easy product to apply and wipe off immediately that offers months of protection. I have included a few pics, let me know what you think. Last edited by jayg80; 02-18-2016 at 02:23 PM.. |

Looking good, my Estoril blue brother! I have the same appearance mods. Plus, I have the M-Performance rear diffuser. I had the outer portion painted Estoril Blue and left the center black. I can send you a pic if you're interested.

Thanks! I would like to see what the rear diffuser looks like in Estoril Blue. I'm considering that as my next mod. Do your painted reflectors look similar to mine in various light?
