can comfort access be ordered without prem package?
I don't want a sunroof, so I didn't want to get the premium package, but I'd like to have comfort access (322). Does anyone know if I can order the car with comfort access as a stand-alone option?
If I order just the navi without tech package do you guys know if the cr will still a usb port in which i can plug in my flash drive and play music? thanks!!

No, in the US you must have premium to get Comfort Access. I'd say it's worth the small cost.
Also 98% no on the second question, there are people who ordered nav only and report issues having any album art displayed using usb flash drives and/or phones. Safest bet to get album art + phone compatibility is to get the Tech package.

For the extra $1,000 you spend on the Tech package you get smartphone integration, BMW Apps (only applicable if you have an iPhone), and Heads Up Display. The HUD, alone, is (in my, and many other members on here) well WELL worth it.
My buddy got it on his X3 as a stand alone option, and beat himself to death before he got his car cause he thought he wasted his money. Now its his favorite part about his car.
