It sounds like your dealership could have treated you a bit better. I was originally promised my car by October 31st. Then BMW Customer Service told me that I wouldn't go into production until week 45. I raised a bit of a fuss with the dealership and they were able to expedite my order. My details are as follows:
• Placed order August 16
• Went into production September 30
• Left factory on October 6
• Left Bremehaven October 11
• Arrived in Halifax October 21
• On train to Vancouver October 24
• ETA Vancouver November 6
• Pick up from dealership November ???

Hmm, thanks for this - I am in Vancouver as well. I was on Morning Concert as well...and was checking ship status every hour haha! I was originally week 45 build as well so I was actually pleasantly surprised that I will be getting my car in November.

I am curious that your ETA is Nov 6th? Mine is Nov. 28?? However, this was when the car was still on the MC so maybe it has been updated. What dealership are you with? Mine is coming into Park Shore Motors.

I bought from BMW Langely this time. I used Park Shore last time as I was doing a two vehicle deal that included my father. But Langley is closer to me, so I went with them. The ETA states Nov 6th, but I think this is just when it arrives by train into the Vcr area. The CA said he hoped I got the car by the end of the month. I said that if it is in Vcr by the 6th, I would expect to get it fairly soon thereafter (1 week?). We'll see. The wait is killing me.

Another update because the wait is killing me just as bad and I hope my car is on the same train as yours. TTGX 997136 is still in Winnipeg. I will let you know when it leaves.

Cool. Yea I would hope that once the car is in Vancouver it won't be too long of a wait. I'll get an update from my CA to see if the ETA has changed (and if that means dealer ETA or Vancouver ETA).

From the info. I have found the problem is the msport breaks. My 17s will not clear. I will double check before I order the set of 18s.

That's great news. I am able to find these dinky little whistle stops using CN's interactive network map. Looks like it could be arriving in Saskatoon very shortly, if not already there.

I am not as fortunate to be on the same train. My car just left Halifax, a week later than the rest of the cars that arrived on the Morning Concert on Oct 21.

I have missed every possible milestone.....Production (missed august got sept). Waited at Bremerhaven from Sept 19 until Oct 10. Now missed the Oct 24 train and got Oct 31 train.

I missed the Oct 24 train because it took about a week to get the MPPK2 installed. They install it in Halifax.

Confirmed that mine is on this train. ETA is Nov. 7th on my file but at this speed it could be even sooner! Long weekend could delay truck to dealership etc but either way owners should get this shipment within the next 2 weeks.

Makes sense re: MPPK2. I did not get it installed on mine and am perhaps regretting it. Will likely cost more in parts and labour at the dealer but I am looking into that.
