when you say et48 is that purely wheel offset or wheel + spacer?

Is it 100% without rubbing and original chamber and no body modifications?

I plan to fit 10x20 et40 with 275/30'/20 on my 435d xDrive, but I didn't want to change the chamber and want fully load the car and trunk.
