BBS CH-R 19" square setup?

I've had my heart set on 19" CH-Rs for my 340xi, but have also been learning about the benefits of a square setup from the board. I know BBS doesn't offer a ton of fitments, and it seems their standard F30 fitment in 19s is 19x8.5 ET32 front, 19x9.5 ET35 rear.

Anyone know if it's possible to find a square CH-R fitment that works on the F30? Ideally 19x8.5 ET35, but I'm open to suggestions. From what I've seen that is available in other bolt patterns, but not for the F30.

Any ideas from members or vendors?

A square setup with four front wheels and 245 tires will fit without issues!

8.5x19" ET32, 245/40-19 or 245/35-19

Like .BMW. mentioned, the 8.5 ET32 will fit just fine. You can run that in front and rear without issue.

Thanks guys. In retrospect seems like a stupid question, I guess I thought maybe ET32 in the rear would be too much, or that the fronts might rub with 245s. Would this setup be pretty flush?

Remember people run 8.5 ET35's with no issue. An ET32 pushes it out another 3mm. So clearance wont be an issue. If anything it might be a touch too aggressive. I'd also run a 255 35 19.

Yeah, by too much I meant too much "poke." But you're right, 3mm isn't much. 255/35 all around or just the rear? Would plan to lower modestly (1" or less ideally) from xDrive height if that matters for tire fitment. Thanks.

Thanks Mick. I'm glad you said that, as the dark side of a staggered setup was starting to beckon as I wondered if the handling benefits of going square really offset the sexy look of beefy rear wheels. But I've come to my senses.

Next step, will my long-term desire for BBS wheels really convince me to pay up vs. a lighter square Apex setup? Stay tuned to find out.

Apex makes great wheels and are lighter than the BBS wheels.

Thanks, do you happen to have any pics of your setup? Would love to see the fitment. Stock ride height?
