is there a way I can install the new maps I bought Middle East NEXT 2021 to my BMW F30 that came from Japan origin?

I have the map and have the FSC Code Life-Time, but when i put the USB in the port nothing happens

VIN last 7: F298830

Please help me with that?

Apart from what I learned when I read all the tricks I am looking for where I can download Roadmap Europe West Next 2022-1 for my F30 with FSC for VIN F570644
