What's the problem with springs they seem much better price compared to coilovers and I dropped my e90 on eibach and it still drive ok I'm just not sure what to do with my f30 and that's a nice drop on the eibachs but I think I want lower from what I can see I already have msport with 19" rims but just want to go as low as possible while being able to drive as normal so basically as close to slammed but being able to drive without any problems

I have adaptive suspension and would look to get springs as well. i see no reason to go to coil overs if i dont need to slam a car or change the ride height often. That car looks great ELiTeNeSs
H&R seems to drop the most

The drop rates can vary greatly from brand to brand leaving you with an unexpected drop, and they are not adjustable. Once you purchase and install your springs, the only way you can adjust your car is to purchase a new set of springs. Also, the springs don’t “match” your OEM shocks which cause increased levels of wearing to your shocks. This will cause your shocks to wear out prematurely. Just throwing lowering springs on your car, no matter how good the quality, is not really a permanent or long term solution. If you're on a lease or turn cars over quickly, it may give you the look your going for but that's about it. As others suggested, holding out for coil overs or other aftermarket shock and spring combo option may be the better play. Thats what my plan FWIW.

I agree, think coilovers are the best bang for your buck. If you just want to slam the car, go to bc coils. Pretty affordable. I myself was in the same boat as you, wanted to get springs instead but thankfully saved up and got me some kw v2's
