MPPK Dilemma
It has been 3 weeks since I took my car to the dealer for MPPK, and today is the 4th week. BMW is still not able to complete the install after putting several new DME modules. They have confirmed the new DMEs are good, it is my car not accepting the new DMEs. My car was built before 07/12.
I am just curious if anyone has same experience as me. It is very frustrating when BMW couldn't even give me a ETA for my car. Everyday they are telling me is they are working on it, and they will let me know soon.

I recently had the PPK installed in my 2013 335 MSport. My car needed the "old" PPK which required a new DME. I dropped my car off late on a Wed and picked it up on Sat morning.
Is your dealer working directly with Germany? They need to in order for it to take. |

Thanks for your replies. I have passed info to my service adviser. How come they don't know what to do, and they keep saying they have installed hand full of old modles with no problem.
