If you're a non smoker don't bother

For those of us that do smoke, don't you guys think that the ashtray position is just stupid? It's very small and every time I go for it I fear that I'll smoke the trim

Is it just me or do you guys feel the same? I thought of getting an ash tray that sits in the cup holder but thought maybe someone else came up with something better

i have a cup ashtray from my mini
I agree, the placement of the ashtray is horrendous, i use it more as a coin holder

i never smoke unless the trip is 3hrs+ (which almost never happens)

Does a Shisha Hookah really even need an ashtray

I'd be more concerned about it tipping over when your driving than the ashtray!

I used to smoke like 10 years ago and man is it horrible for the car. Every now and then I'd screw up and drop an ember on the seat. My honda had burn marks here n there, luckily it was a complete beater. Considering I barely bring coffee into the car, ugh, I just fear what a smoking mistake will do to your beautiful F30.

Had similar experiences when I was younger and used to smoke in my car, eventually I reached a point where I got tired of having to clean up the mess and occasional damage and decided to stop smoking in the car. To this day I am still a smoker, but never smoke in my car.
