Cheers!

Tyres are 18" Yokohama W drive. Would have got Blizzaks if I could, but I took delivery of the car early december so choice was limited and needed them on in a hurry.

Been great in wet and snow conditions, only got stuck once, but the snow was up to the side of the car. That was only because I drove into the car park and while i was there a snow plough came past and pushed all the snow over the entrance. Cheers mate.

Yes it was a ceramic seal, more info here http://www.finerdetails.co.uk/ultima...-12-months-on/.

I dont know too much about detailing, but I love the results.

Lol, if I didnt have to get back to work, I would've stood there a lot longer.

Tbh, it probably looks better than it did on the day I got it.

Wheels are TSW Mugello, I got them from selectatyre along with the tyres. Mate's mates rates.

I was keen to get the black grills before, definitely would match the rims, but the 19's will go back on soon. I' dont think it matches as well as I originally thought, . I quite like the outer chrome lining now.

Also, it's mine and the wife's car, and really it's for her use as I have a company car, although I do get free reign on it.

I think the black grille will look more aggressive/masculine which doesn't really suit a woman driving it..?

£250 is good, what has the detailer suggested to keep the protection layer going?

Woman driving a 330D M Sport??? Better keep her away from me.....a woman in a nice car I can't help it, lol

It's lost a bit of colour and is lighter. Too much rubbing. I never spend more than £10 getting a car cleaned. I now even get a free spruce up at my BMW Dealership whenever I want one (on the car!). Anyway, congratulations on a shiny car.

Isn't that just the colour under the bright lighting? It is quite "chameleonic" the EBII. I had considered detailing but wasn't sure what level to go for and where (am in East Mids). Am really just interested in anything that will help protect the paintwork. I am supaguarded.

Very nice. Amazing how different the colour is dependant on lighting.

It's quite a bit of light there so will look lighter. When I first saw a EBII it was under showroom lights, I thought it looked too light/pale then, wasn't keen. It's EBII, looks different in different conditions.

I got it for the paint protection. Bird shit, sap from leaves etc. Suppose to make it easier to rinse/wash off?

The protections is supposed to last at least 2 years.. Only thing he said was to wash/rinse regularly to stop the build up of dirt so it doesnt get a chance to settle in.

they have made a nice job of that, will certainly be easier to clean, don't think it will last 2years though without topping up, those wheels suit the car too
