F30 fitment spreadsheet - contributions wanted

A frind of mine is offering a very good deal on 4 new wheels but I'm not pretty sure that it will fit my 320i with stock suspension. Wheels are 18x8.5 and ET38. Does anyone knows if it will work with 245/40 tires on front ?

Spreadsheet is mostly filled with 19" wheels..need more 18"!!!

BC Racing coilovers w/camber plates

Fitment is pretty aggressive had to roll and slightly pull front fenders and rear quarters to clear wheels.

Yes, without a doubt that size and offset will fit. I assume they are from a BMW
