steering wheel vibration problem: my experience

I know there are a few threads here talking about the same subject but i just want to share my experience here !

I have just taken delivery of my new 328i last wednesday with 395 alloy (staggered set-up 17") with bridgestone S001 run flat tires. I have noticed the steering wheel vibration at just below 80 km/h. it is not very serious and feels like the wheels are not properly balanced ! I am driving at variable speed so the vibration is not very noticeable but if u drive at a constant speed just below 80km/h then it is continuous and more obvious!

I am going to put new wheels (19") on next week and will report back if it goes away! my advice to other fellow members who are affected is to do a proper wheel balance on your car as others have suggested . hopefully it will solve the problem !
