anyone having issues with BMW app?
I can't login anymore, can't reset my password and if I go to the website it fails as well.
There doesn't seem to be any errors it just fails. anyone else having the same issues? |

No. I logged in yesterday and it was fine. My beef is with Android apps and updates to ones like the BMW app. It deletes all settings (login, pin, etc).
Are you on Android? You might want to check if there is an update, and then go to the app settings and delete all data (that will reset it back to new). Then try to login again. |

Don't have any issues logging in (Android), but 9/10 times it gives an error when trying to change the time slot for charging (330e). Wonder if more people experience that or if it's an issue with my car

I called them and my account has been deleted and they don't know why. Weird!
I registered again and I'm back in action. Cheers for letting me know it was an isolated incident. I'm new to BMW life and being able to call them from the menu in your car and they actually fix your problems is sooooo good. |

Ahh... I was going to ask if your subscription expired. I supposed deleted is much worse!
That is pretty stellar for sure. Nice "self service". Try dealing with Audi. They have been doing their connected offerings for a long time, and it's a PITA to make work and get working. Once you get there, it doesn't really do anything. |
