Oh did I forget to mention that the Bel/ALP combo is the cheapest of the three..........

Thoughts?
I think that combo would be amazing. I'm a huge fan of ALP jammers and the M3 antenna from escort/beltronics is the best in the game unless you want to splurge on the VIP

Question:

I got a potential deal to snag a Escort 360 Max, sealed, brand new for $400 should I snag it?

I have a v1 and an 8500. V1 is way better. Using laser-interceptor to jam but swapping to alp soon.

Yes, I've been very happy with mine. The last firmware update seems to have quieted it even more from the K band sensors in so many cars now.

Yes, that is of course if you would use it! They hold their value so well, I don't see a problem with you trying to sell it down the road for the same price or better. If you don't speed though, no need for it really.

I drive too much not too. 50k a year. At that rate going 14 mph over I save 119 hours a year in less driving.

Pulling the trigger on it. Seems like a deal to me.

i have a few 8500 X50s but I'm debating switching because they never seem to shut the hell up. I think it's too many false positives.

Guys, I have a nearly new Escort Passport for sale. It's the one with bluetooth that was so good it was eating into the sales of the Max series so they discontinued it. Used it for just a couple months then bought a Max 360.

I also have a 9500ix for sale. PM me if interested.

Get the Max 360 if that concerns you. It will be worlds better.

Or V1. Either is an excellent choice.

I ran Escort for decades and was pretty happy with them. The only times I got popped was when I was doing something stupid like 15 over on a dark, empty road. Then the detector just notifies you that you've been nailed.

Now that my commute is 2 miles, I've stopped using it completely. When I have to travel outside my area, I don't need to save time, so 75 MPH (5 over) is fine with me. It's nice not having to watch oncoming traffic like a hawk.

That said, if I had to go back to the old 110 mile r/t commute on a daily basis, I'd be upgrading to a V1, I think. I've always wanted to give those arrows a try.

I came from a V1 to Escort.. my commute is increasing from a 4 block walk to 60miles round trip. I sold my V1 since I figured I'd hardly use it but it never let me down. Was actually about to order another one but right before I pulled the trigger and the Escort 360 popped up for the same amount. Bought it from a anti gang unit cop here and the range is unbelievable
