I’ve never come across anything that could be done in front, except swap out the front springs. That involves not just lower springs but trying to match spring rates so that the ride doesn’t change drastically. Eibach makes a variety of springs to fit the F3x and they sell them individually in Europe. It would be a matter of identifying the part number that would provide the intended result, without unintended results.

I have many pages of notes from when I went through this research with Eibach tech support. They don’t just do a study like that for you. I had to extract a lot of technical information from their German catalog and boil it all down to potential solutions. Then I had conversations with them where I asked them specific questions about specific Eibach spring part numbers. I’m just trying to give you a sense for the process that it took. It was tedious, but necessary.

I would be happy to go through my notes to see if a possible solution jumps out for you. First I would need your VIN, the part number of the B12 kit that you installed, and the Eibach part number on your rear spring from your B12 kit as well.

sdbwisc do you have a picture of your upgrade?)
Did you ever get this figured out? When I installed the 05, I also installed the B4 shocks/struts. I did have the -06 prior, wanted to lower it a bit in the front. I will have -06 for sale soon. I will get pictures tomorrow.

No worries on checking for the part# on the rear spring. The Eibach kit E10-20-031-02-22 should contain springs with part numbers:
Front F11-20-031-02-VA
Rear F11-20-031-01-HA
I’m sure you’ll find the correct rear spring part number on your car. It’s the front springs that I’ll research when I get a chance to see if there are solution possibilities.

Yes, that's exactly the sn of the front one that is on the car.

I also got in contact with the shop that sold the kit to me and they confirmed that the front should've dropped 2cm. I'm now at 37cm and it should've been 35.
So my conclusion is that either I have not installed the kit properly or something's wrong with the front combo: spring and strut.

I'm planning to redo the installation. Please suggest some things to be extra careful. It's weird, because it wasn't difficult at all. If needed I can write down what I did, maybe i missed something. Let me know.

Don’t waste your time doing that! It sounds to me like your shop is wrong. They are correct that it should have dropped 20-25mm, IF YOU HAD ONLY INSTALLED THE EIBACH SPRING KIT. BUT THE B12 KIT WILL NOT LOWER THE FRONT THAT MUCH. It did not drop that much in front because the Bilstein strut does not use the same lower spring perch as stock BMW. So the Bilstein strut makes the drop less. Go back and watch the video link that I posted for you about the Bilstein B6/B8 front struts raising chassis height.

You're right!
I saw the movie, makes sense.
Then it means i need another spring to lower it more.

I found some possible Eibach front springs that may lower your car more than the front Eibach springs in the B12 kit. I will call Eibach tech support to verify details. Can you please measure chassis heights again at all four wheels to the millimeter?

I place a piece of blue painter’s tape across the center top of the fender lip. Then I use either a 4 foot long carpenter’s level vertically, or a drop string with washers tied at the bottom to determine the vertical line straight up from the center of the wheel cap. Then draw a vertical line on the tape.

Use a millimeter tape measure to measure from the exact centerpoint on the wheel cap straight up to the closest spot under the fender lip at the vertical line.

What are those four measurements in millimeters?

So those will be the four reference points- the chassis heights using the B12 kit, and the front Eibach springs that came with it. I will ask Eibach for spring rates on all springs and ask them to calculate/estimate the drop differences between the front springs included in the B12 kit and some other front spring options.

That’s the methodology that I used for my car and after the new front springs were installed, the Eibach estimates that I received that way were dead on.

Right! I've folowed your advice and I have measured today the front and rear.
We have the following:
FR: 35.8 cm
FL: 35.8 cm
RL: 33.3 cm
RR: 33.3 cm

I did not use a string, but I have bought a level long enough that I could use for the center of the wheel and I measured like in the following picture: (was instructed by the local shop to do it like that) I know it's not exactly what you asked for but for now it's the best I could do.

Please let me know what you think.

That’s fine. I’ve used a level too. I just think weighted drop string to mark vertical line and a tape measure between center cap and fender lip is quicker.

Stock tire diameter is 26.0”, so radius is 13.0” which converts to 33.0cm.

So as it stands with the B12 kit installed, your Rear chassis height is about even with the top of the tire, while the Front is about 25mm or 1.0” more.

Eibach estimates that if this spring kit (E10-20-031-02-22) was installed on your car (F30 335i RWD) with stock dampers that the drops would be Front 20-25mm and Rear 20-25mm.

We don’t really know how much the actual drops were with the Eibach -02 kit and the Bilstein B8 dampers because we don’t have stock baseline measurements.

But for our purposes that won’t matter. We’ll use the current front B12 measured chassis height as our baseline. During this coming week I’ll contact Eibach tech support and ask them to provide spring rates and estimated front drops vs the Eibach front spring currently installed from the B12 kit which is front spring part number F11-20-031-02-VA.

In searching the Eibach European Catalog there were 2-3 front spring possibilities that may lower the front more. Not sure yet what their spring rates are though. We’ll see what data Eibach provides.

Meanwhile, I have had the car checked by a suspension specialist, and they said that from the installation point of view all is OK installation is correct, however they have found out that the geometry of the rear was incorrect, the camber was negative, we corrected that, then the front driver hub is 1mm off, not that bad, I will replace it, probably it's just worn, and finally I don't have the right tires installed and that's why the car sits weird.

I replaced the wheels with original BMW style m441 18 inch with
225/45/R18 front and
255/40/R18 rear
and seems fine now.

Initially I had 19-inch wheels with 225/35/19 front and 255/50/19 rear.

Here's a picture how it sits now:
