BMW F30 Angel Xenon Look Retrofit London Garage

Greetings All

Just wondering if anybody knew of any garages in London that could retrofit some plug & play Angel Xenon look headlamps for my F30. I've found some Plug & Play headlamps that look gorgeous on eBay for £499, but, I just want to know if anyone knows of any good garages in London that could fit them. South London would be even more perfect.
