Hello Bay Area friends,
I would like to suggest that we meet in San Francisco on Thanksgiving for the Bay Area meet I proposed a while back. We can meet at Ocean Beach or a similar location and hit up Highway 1 or similar roads.
I suggest Thanksgiving because of the low volume of traffic on the roads on the actual day of the holiday itself, since many people aren't working, and the holiday traffic generally happens before and after the day. I remember how empty highway 101 was last year in the north bay where I live. In Tehran we have a similar phenomenon on Persian New Year, where the highways are practically vacated and car enthusiasts come out in droves while everyone is on holiday at the Caspian Sea.
Let's aim for 8 am at Ocean Beach!
