Assembly begun!

Just called BMW Canada and was told that assembly has begun on my 328xi. Also got the VIN number.

I guess production is right on target as my sales guy told me Week 28 production.

Now begins the wait until the car is finished and transported to docks, and the slow transatlantic journey. Can't wait!

Thanks. I ordered on June 12 and asked my sales to alter a preexisting allocation to the specs of my order.

What production week is yours?

Week 35. CA thought it would be mid July. Called BMW Canada today and it has not started production. I am going to have it pushed back to wait for the new navigation.

Your CA is off by 6 weeks!

The new navi means another 5 months of waiting. Waiting sucks...
