Having bought my 430D I am looking to get some security fitted ASAP. My last BMW was stolen so I need to make sure this one is secured much better.

For OBD immobilisation what kind of systems are people using? Looking at the M3 cutters forum many seem to have gone with a Pandora car alarm with pager and obd immobiliser.

There is autowatch Ghost but putting in a code each time might just get a little frustrating.

Secondly where is a best place to take a 12v+ ignition live feed the will not throw a can error and which does not switch off when cranking the engine?
