Micro Fiber cloth with metal pollish and pull side to side round it, if still don't come off 0000 wire wool with paste if stil struggle 00 wire wool then finish with Micro Fiber and finer metal polish never beaten yet, battery drill and metal pollish tool last resort does the trick

Mothers metal or aluminum polish and some steel wool. Rub it on. Will look amazing like chrome. Better than the first day you got the car!

Some of these suggestions, such as using steel wool, sound pretty aggressive.
I know the crud is pretty hard to remove (I've not had much success so far) but is it really ok to attack the finish with something as abrasive as that? |
