BMW Servicing Costs

Hi Guys

My car has been out of its free servicing period. For my next service they mentioned some servicing items like

KDS - something to do with back suspension
A/C Evaporator Treatment

What are these items. KDS is 230 and the AC treatment is 100ish

It sounds as if they are offering you a wheel alignment and a spray of AC cleaner in the vents.

I'm sure both are very good for what they are (especially BMW doing the wheel alignment) but may well not be necessary.

I'd be asking them if those items were that important, why weren't they included as part of the free servicing schedule??

they are items that fall over the 60km mark. surprise surprise

find you a good Indy mechanic that specializes in BMWs, if you decide not to do some of your own work. There are also some really decent tutorials through Bentley or Bavauto.com.
