Am I incorrect in thinking BMW allowed the 328xi to have a manual option in 2013 and no other years? Or was 2013 the MY the 328i (RWD) was introduced with the manual option and the xi (AWD) NEVER has/had the option?

Basically, I want a 328xi manual in Estoril Blue M Sport and I THOUGHT it was available xi + 6MT for 2013, but apparently not?

If not I guess it's waiting for a '12 Estoril 335xi to drop to $40k

No f30 328 in the us has a 6mt combined with drive.

I was looking for the same here in Canada but ended up with a 335xi 6MT; Canadian 328xi only in AT; A European 328 xi 6MT is impossible to bring to Canada; in its wisdom, BMW AG thinks that Canadians are more American than European in our tastes.

On a side note, I believe you can get the 428i xDrive in 6 MT. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The 328i (sedan only) and 428i (coupe only) with rear wheel drive are available with a manual transmission. If you want xDrive you must either get a 335 or 435. Wagons, GT's and 428/435 convertible are only available with an automatic.
