Seems like a good deal. However a payment over $600 on a non-M 3 series seems excessive.

What dealership are you talking to? I’m in NYC and I’m fighting for 11/12% off msrp which puts my 61k MSRP build in the low 600s with taxes rolled in. For a 63k msrp with that little out of pocket it seems like a great deal me! Are you taking it off a lot? I’m special ordering mine so maybe that’s why it’s hard to get a great deal haha

Seems like fair deal. The best way to evaluate is knowing all the numbers the dealer used to get to the monthly payment.

To calculate you would need to know: MSRP, Capitalized Cost, Residual Value, and Money Factor. If you don’t have all of those number ask the dealer.

The money factor and residual value are set by BMWFS monthly. I believe the base MF is .00166 & RV is 60% @ 12k for May.

That seems really good to me, the COD of $610 is super good. I would have thought that COD would need to be in the 2K-4K range to get $610/month payment.
