M Performance Rear Diffuser Color
Hi all,
My baby is almost here and I have some accessories to be added (http://www.f30post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=848745) I really like the black diffuser of the regular M Sport pkg, but wanted to have the M Performance one because it looks better and adds a bit more downforce. The M Perf one gets painted to the body color on the sides like the first image below (which still looks awesome i think). But I am not sure if I'll like it. Also the second photo is the diffuser which is not painted i guess. I am just wondering how you all guys like it! I got to let my dealer know soon. Depending on the diffuser color, what would you do with the spoiler? I am also getting it. Leave black or body color? I will probably go with all black unless majority votes for the painted one

Am going to be doing the top one but painting the black plastic middle part gloss black. I like the bottom one too but feel it looks to black and doesn't show the shapes so much.
The two pictures don't have the same reflector colours would that make it look much different? |

Thanks guys. So far 2-0 win for the white I also can't decide to keep the blacks matte or glossy. Do you think the dealer will paint them (front splitter, rear diffuser, and spoiler) to glossy black with no extra cost?

If it has to be the M-Performance diffuser, I'd go with gloss black for the whole piece to match the gloss black bits and trimmings.
But my favourite by far is the 3D Design carbon diffuser.

Thanks Dante, I am also considering the glossy blacks. Need to ask the dealer.
Any more ideas guys? I also think white spoiler and all black diffuser will look nice. Agh why is it always so hard to decide

BLACK
Go with Black.
More subtle and cleaner....the white painted makes the lines stand out too much and makes it look too busy. You could do a white or carbon fiber spoiler with a Black Diffuser. And I agree on 3D being the best out there, just hard to justify their high price. Cheers - JD |
