What do you guys think of this price? He will take $33,000. I love everything about it. just not sure if I want manual or auto, if it was auto I would've pulled the trigger.

I don't think its a bad or good deal.... the reason why I don't think its a good deal is because not only its just a premium package but it also doesn't seem to have a light package either, plain color, although 7000k is not much at all these cars take a big hit once driven out the lot

The way I look to determine whether it's a good value is what I can buy a new similarly/identically optioned 328i for.

Using BMWUSA's configurator, it seems that a brand new 328i Sport Line with Premium package would only cost about $44375 MSRP. I went onto USAA (TrueCar/Zag) and it shows that you can usually get ~$7000 off MSRP around the zip code: 08817 which will put you at around $37375 for a brand new 328i.

So it seems the savings you are getting is about $4000 for 2 years of depreciation and 7000 miles. If it were me, I'd buy it new, but that's just me. I think at $33,000 the previous owner hasn't taken enough of a hit on depreciation for it to be worth it to me.
