Can't hear nav

Hi guys! Tried nav for first time works great. But can barely here her voice when she cuts in over music . Can't find where to turn up her volume . I have nav system that came free when car was built in June ?

when she is talking turn up the volume knob - there is a separate setting for her volume and the radio volume - it will remember both

same applies for phone calls etc etc etc

each source has an independent volume that you set to taste

Yep. Same knob. It certainly isn't intuitive but that's how the system works. At first I thought it was kind of odd but now that I'm used to it, I like being able to adjust the volume.
