n20 tmap

Asking for a friend... Is there anyway to remove the stock tmap sensor if the tab broke?

Slide a small flat screwdriver into the back of the connector, pry up lightly, and you can separate the connectors. It's easier to do this even if the tab isn't broken.

Just curious... Were you installing a tune? I always have trouble with that connection when swapping in and out my JB1. It's in such an awkward spot and the connection is actually pretty solid when properly seated on that tab/hook.
