Isn't it quite important to have TPMS if you have run flats? Or you end up doing xx speed down the motorway with a flat.

I am finding the constant ping and need to clear the info screen quite annoying and hope to get my winter wheels sorted, they worked last year.

Agreed, as long as they're not run flats.

Yes each to there own , was just posting up so people can pay the £125 with confidence as opposed to whatever BMW might want to charge

I bought a set of these when I first saw this thread (for my winter wheels), from a different ebayer I must add.
Had them fitted a few days before xmas (local trusted tyre place for £10 per wheel), worked fine for a week then the error came back, only gets to 49% on the reset. I've been in touch with the eBay seller, and they say it must be the tyre place that's damaged them or I must have kerbed my wheels... well I definitely have not kerbed them. I now need to pay to have garage try and scan to identify the faulty sensor, then remove and replace it.
Upshot is they will not accept one of their products is faulty, once I've done pursuing them, I'll update, however my advice is, look at the price from the dealer as if anything goes wrong it may cost a whole lot more as I'm finding out...

I'll be fitting the wheels tomorrow, so will report back then. Fingers crossed....

Edit - these are the ones I bought. Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/122207446726
