I actually have found the leather specific one works better on my steering wheel, might want to check it out.

BMW's Nappa leather has a very light polyurethane coating, ie, it's coated in plastic. So the best way to clean it is to use a damp microfiber towel with NO chemicals. Just wrap it around a portion of the wheel, grab it with your hands, and spin it around the wheel. Use light to medium pressure until the leather loses the oily sheen and looks new again. Start with light pressure and work your way up. The leather is pretty durable, but it's possible to damage the finish if you are too aggressive.

I use this method for my M Sport wheel as well as older leather wheels and it works very well in keeping them look new. For my alcantara wheel it's a MUCH more annoying and involved process that includes an upholstery cleaner, wiping, and then brushing.

Okay thanks, dude but now I bought Dashboard cleaner from Autofresh.in (https://www.autofresh.in/)

A soft terry wash cloth or microfiber towel drenched with warm slightly soapy water. Wrap the cloth around the wheel rims and use a slightly twisting motion. Clean the wheel once a month or so. Use a sun shield during the hot months to reduce UV fatigue of the leather wheel and seats. Consider tinting the windows as well to reduce UV damage and lower interior heat build up. I'm not talking about blacking out the windows, but rather using a high quality UV reducing tint.

I've done this with all my cars for the past 30 years and have NEVER had an issue with the leather on the steering wheel or seating surfaces. Routinely using cleaners and conditioners is both a waste of money and can actually lead to damage with leather, especially most car leathers which are coated with a protective layer. The cleaning chemicals can degrade it.

A wash cloth and soapy water go a long way cleaning all late model car interior surfaces.

bmw sells a leather conditioner that I use. That m sport wheel scratches really really easily. I always have a knife tucked into my right pants pocket and I made the mistake once of scraping the clip of the knife against the wheel when getting in the car. Theres a scratch thats never coming off

I just used Leatherique's rejuvenator oil followed with pristine clean.

I didn't know the leather was coated with polyurethane...but in any case, there are spots where the PO wore through the outer coating...so now it's treated.

When my leather cover wore through on my e46, I just removed it and kept it that way for years. It was a great surface to hold onto...just a dense black rubber foam.

I have oily fingertips so I use lexol step 1 cleaner ever couple weeks.
A damp cloth also works well.

This!

The nappa leather is ultra absorbent and if you look at the classified you can see a deep glossy shine after as little as 5K, I have gone out my way to keep hands contamination free and after 10K my wheel looks as new.

OK so I am anal retentive about this but there is nothing like the feel of that leather when new
