HUD speed limit?
Here in Texas we have some stretches of highway that are 75mph. when driving on these highways my HUD speed limit information only displays 70mph. Seems like the max it can display is 70mph. Can this be increased?

Interesting, I wonder if whatever their source for this info is could simply be out of date.
Right before I left Houston 2 years ago I noticed they did the 5mph bump on most interstates and I can't believe that law passed without ever noticing it. I-45 going north towards Dallas and I-10 going west towards San Antonio both got the bump. I noticed it was still 80mph once you get into "middle of nowhere" in West Texas as I passed through.

HUD normally digitally displays the same speed as the speedometer. Mine tracks as it should (110+ so far). Do you have an upper speed limit set in the iDrive of 70 possibly? If so, it should be giving you an alert/tone warning when exceeding. Don't know if that affects the HUD also- cant imagine that it would, but who knows what the software is really doing.

Mine is always accurate, except for 1 sign near my house where 55 always goes back to 25...
