I plugged the numbers into a lease spreadsheet and come up with an effective sales tax rate of like 1.44% to get to that monthly payment. Care to share your secret? |

Any opinions on this deal... I'm pretty hesitant right now but its pretty amazing. Still trying to sell my car. $544/month... no money down, no fees are anything except $120 rush fees and 7 MSDs. Curious to see what you guys think.

Here is mine: 2015 335i BSM/CR 6MT (ZMM, ZDA, ZPP, ZTP, 2NH, 21C, 494, 688, Z2T, Z51)
MSRP: $58,290 Sale price: $52,500 36/12k $546.40 + tax No money down, $746 drive off Unfortunately in TX we get taxed on the full sale price amount, not the lease amount, so my total payment is $638. |

Was there a down payment? If not, this might be close...but if you're putting $3k down, it should be much lower: http://www.bmwusa.com/standard/conte...regiontypeid=3

Hi All,
Long time lurker and BMW fan. Getting ready to finally pull the trigger on my first BMW - a 2016 428i gran coupe. This forum has been an incredible source of information, and it is also very, very cool to see the camaraderie. I am also blown away by the civility when disagreeing (a real rarity online). Looking for some feedback on a quote for a 2016 428i GC in the Southern California market. Here are the numbers (informal through e-mail at this point - haven't seen the written up quote yet, so I'll believe it when I see it): 2016 428i Gran Coupe 36mo/10k MSRP: $56,470 Sale Price: $51,000 Incentives/Rebates: Confirming whether I will qualify for $1,000 existing incentive and also $1,000 Drive for Team USA event (driving tomorrow, ordering car on Sunday hopefully) MF: .00128 RV: 63% Fees: $1,335 ($795 Acq. Fee, $80 Doc Fee, $460'ish CA tag fees) CA taxes (8%) - Haven't seen figure, but this is obviously unavoidable Monthly payment: By my calculations, $519.64 Due at signing: First month's payment + fees above Seems to me like this would be a great deal. Any thoughts? |

"All [2016] 4 series show 55% residual with 15K miles. Add 2% for 12K and 3% for 10K miles." This made me seriously debate finding a 2015 4-series instead. |

Is this a good deal on a 2015?
Msrp: 58000 Negotiated price: 50850 Fees: 1500 Credits: 1000 MF:.00130 Down payment: 3000 Lease for 3 years 12k miles a year. I don't know the monthly payment, figuring it out on my own it should be about $400 but I don't have official payment costs from the dealer yet. |

Either keep $3k and pay more per month or apply some of it to lower the interest rate (Multiple Security Deposits) and then you get it back after 3 years. |
