Need advice

Hello guys, I am currently leasing 2015 328i

Current lease: 36 months / 15k miles $560 (tax included)

Looking at 2017 330i 36 months / 15k miles

MSRP: $49,595
Selling price: $44,632

"Accesories" (remaining payments plus transport): $4,529
7 Payments left: ($560 x 7) $3969.49

Rebates: $3000 + $750

Total tax: $2,070

Drive off: $1500
Monthly payment: $655.46

Seems high, doesnt it?

(I believe BMW NA would cover 3 payments as pull ahead, so should be another $1500 off)

Thank you!

I brought my 2016 340i for $45k. My payment is around $460 but I used a line of credit for the down payment.

Here is the quote:

You should be at 470 before tax with first month and DMV down. If you need to get rid of the car pay off the balance or wait until you are eligible for the pull ahead program. 650 for a 330 is insane.

Exactly.

49,595 MSRP
44,632 Selling Price

$3969.49 Remaining balance (If somebody could confirm BMWNA take care of up to 3 payments would be beneficial)

$3750 - Incentives (This on its own would take care of remaining balance and really reason why am I considering to trade now)

I spoke to few dealerships but I am also looking for specific car so not too many options. They are all like, hey bring me quote and I will match it. (Not sure how these type of people are still employed... So you want somebody to do all the work and then get commission? For sure I will drive to get it or pay shipping just to make sure person who did the deal get paid...)

BMW will waive your last 3 payments if you get into another car as part of the pull ahead program. BMW will NOT cover 3 of your last 7 payments. You either need to --
1. pay off the balance you owe on this current car

2. Roll the balance into payments ( 655/ month)

3. wait until 3 months is left on the lease and then you will qualify for a pull ahead

Thank you! I understand and I dont mind to pay it off either. However, when I tried to plug in numbers into calculators it still seemed ~$100/month high.

3969/36=111
470+111=581
581+tax should put you right near the 655 payment.
Add in the transport fee its the right quote they gave you. I would wait until December and see what kind of deals and incentives they have for the holidays and lock in rates until you can qualify for the pull ahead program. Ultimately the choice is yours and if your happy with the payment then do it.

If its on a bmw site there is cash down. You never put cash down on a lease. You arent getting 8k off msrp it is probably 2k off from dealer + 2k lease credit. Then its most likely 4k cash down to get that payment without tax. Those are the worse deals. People see a low payment and think its a good deal. If you need help leasing send me a PM.

Still have the ZHP? I still have mine!

Yeah you should get it with M Sport package, it is no extra charge. The 340i is probably the best bang for the buck in the entire lineup.

6MT won't lower the cost, it is the same price as 8AT. It is the option you'd choose if you prefer manual as many do.

2017 340i lease

Got quoted the following deal in NC (3% tax):

new 2017 340i
Tech, Driver Assist+, Cold weather, M-Sport

MSRP: $59,115
Discount: $3,960
Rebate: $3,750 (assuming 3k lease cash + 750 loyalty)
Adjusted Price: $51,405

ADM Fee: 589
Tax: 155.03
Non Tax Fees: $121
Paying acq fee up front so not in these values

Money Factor: .00152
Term: 12k/3yr (60% residual)
Down payment: $0

NET price: $52,270
Monthly payment: $617

Thoughts? I feel like I have room to negotiate the net price a bit. Alternatively, they have a service loaner with about 3700 miles and same specs (just worse color combo ) but I haven't gotten the full quote on that one yet.

What is the COD?

Im at 627 a month on a 59k 340i (7.375%)tax with 1185 upfront (1st month DMV and rebate tax)

If all you are paying up front is the same as i did i think its a pretty good deal.
