Black Friday

So, Black Friday is two weeks away, has anyone got their eyes on something that they’re hoping will be well discounted on BF?

I have an itch for an OLED 4K TV, but I just don’t know if there’s enough content to make one worthwhile yet.

I don’t there’s anything else I want at the moment, or is there?

You bought it because it was at such a bargain attractive price that you couldn't resist it. Need doesn't even come into the equation.

On my list so far:-

Semi-commercial adjustable weights bench & maybe a really good dumbbell set
Cinema sound system for until now unused front room & maybe a turntable
Cordless headphones for phone/Apple Watch
& LOL I'd take one of the bigger lensers if the price was right

I've heard though that Black Friday isn't going to be supported as much & is fizzling out

retail sales aren't good though so I'm sure there be a few 'bargains' dressed up as Black Friday specials

Need a laptop for my son for Christmas but his requirements are quite specific as must be Core i3 or i5 and touchscreen so might be hard to get in any deal.

All that is fairly common now. To be honest touch screen laptop not worth it.

Agree that the touchscreen isn’t that big a thing but the kids like it for a novelty!!

Most retailers are starting early anyway as they/couriers can't pick/pack/ship anyway so makes sense to spread it out over a longer period. Expect to see most start on the Tuesday these days...

Why the love for LED Lenser torches? I know they have the speed spot to flood but I have other torches that outperform the LED Lensers in both spot and flood, I got rid of all of my LED Lensers (I had 4).

+1. I have been very impressed with Sony and LG OLED demos so far and would almost be happy to pay full retail for one but only when there is some decent 4K content to justify the purchase.
