A general coding question. Are changes supposed to be made one module at a time? For example, complete all "KOMBI" module changes and "load" before making changes to "FEM_BODY".

I made changes across 6-7 modules in one session, but only the ones from the last module "FEM_BODY" have taken effect. I made the BC_DIGITAL_V change under "KOMBI", but I do not see any digital speed option under BC cycle.

I also made the "DIM_NACHT_EIN" change (werte=FF) under "KOMBI", but I still see "orange" display at night (text).

I coded my F31 to add 2TB (I also fitted some paddles). It all worked OK, but when I was coding the KOMBI ECU (IIRC), I got a message popping up on the car's instrument panel display saying that there was a problem with the stability system. Once all the ECUs that needed coding were done, I turned the car On and Off and the message had disappeared.

So, all is well I guess, but I'm a bit concerned whether there are some error codes logged that the next service will discover, or if there are any other side effects.

Does coding cause spurious errors to be thrown?

You can make them in any order you want, including jumping around from module to module (although that makes no sense to do so), but, after each module, you need to Code FDL to write the changes to the ECU.

I think this is not possible for the F30 cars , i also tried to code this, but still orange

it should work for the F10 cars i thought

I agree. I am still seeing orange as well. Looks like there are some other "lighting" settings that need to be changed in conjunction to change this.

Found this on another forum...will try it and see if that works:
