My car has made in on a boat. It made it on the K line ship California Highway. It is due at the port of Brunswick,Ga on December 5th. Should be getting the car by the 15th at the latest. I bet some others here that are due for delivery in the Southeast in December are also on this boat. It is a very large ship and can hold around 6000 cars. It makes stops in the order of Baltimore, Brunswick, then Charleston.

I called the dealership. My CA was out but another salesman looked it up for me. I would be willing to bet you are on the same boat.

My CA e-mailed me day before yesterday and said we are still waiting to get on a boat, he said he'll let me know as soon as the car sets sail so I'll wait for his e-mail.
My car finished production on the 14th and got to port on 18th(?) so lets see. I have heard people waiting at the port as long as 2-3 weeks.

Mark, my car was finished on the 13th,so we were sitting at the port at basically the same time. The ship just left yesterday. The 1-800 number still says waiting at the port. I bet your car is on my boat also.

I hope you are right and so want to believe you. The only way to confirm would be to e-mail my CA, not too sure about that since we just exchanged e-mails a day ago and he has been frequently updating me.
Do you know where to check K-Line's schedules? My car is scheduled to arrive at Baltimore.

Mark, just google k line and you can pull up the shipping schedules. The California Highway is scheduled to make a stop in Baltimore before proceeding on to Brunswick. Your CA is probably off today and did not e mail you. My dealership said they were running on a skeleton crew today due to the Holiday weekend. Your car would not have shown up on a ship as of yesterday as the CA I talked to today said the system just updated today showing my car as on the K-line ship. I just had to ask for someone to look it up for me as my CA and the sales manager were both off today.

Well, curiosity and anxiousness got the best of me and I ended up giving him a call. Just got off the phone with him, it's a NO-GO.
It got to the port on 19th, he is expecting it to get on a WWL boat leaving on the 26th. *fingers crossed*

My 328i just went into production! Expected completion date is 12/3 -- since I am in NYC, I'm hopeful for a delivery before the new year.

I think I'll be on that boat, too. What is the best way to check?

Sorry to hear Mark, although in the grand scheme of things it really does not matter, you will get your car soon and those few days will mean little. You should still make it before Christmas. I was hoping you were on the boat with me though.

There is no way to check until you are actually on a boat unfortunately. Once you are on a boat the easiest way to check is to call you CA

Yep, it shouldn't matter anyways. I'll be getting the holiday credit for sure even if it doesn't get here before 01/02. And I am one of the patient ones, fine with playing the waiting game. It means taking delivery of the car would be all more sweeter.

Yep, I was afraid there was no way to check until it was already loaded.

I am hoping to make the 11/26 boat as well I think there is also one leaving 11/27-29 as well.

I was hoping for the Turandot but my CA said on Wednesday I haven't gotten on a boat and it isn't showing up on WW website...
