sport mode problem:(

I need yout help l. I have a 2012 335. When I put my car in any mode it goes back to comfort mode. Wether its sport mode or eco mode it changes modes by itself. Its crazy demon possessed.! Anybody have any suggestions as to what the heck is going on with my car?

Take it in to the dealer. Sounds like a programming issue.

Whenever the car flags any errors like oil low among others it goes into comfort mode for safety. If not it could be a faulty sensor.

update...after putting it in eco mode and drove it. it stays in all modes. now its all good

so strange....
